I'm so bord I think I'd die.Please help me. OH My Mom got new board games. Thats cool she got Elfenland , Goldiger, and Gloom. I'm the best oh yah. ( I don't mean to brag but it's true)

Easter

This year we went up to Utah to celebrate the Easter holiday. This year Easter was on March 23 instead of in April. On Saturday, we had great fun at Papa Tim's school with the Parker family. We rode scooters, jumped rope, played basketball and  hunted for eggs in the hallways. It's fun to see the great grandchildren playing together just like I did when I was their age. Thanks Dad for letting us borrow your school and keeping us out of the cold weather.

On Easter day we went to Aunt Mindy's house for our traditional BBQ and egg hunt. The Durrant's never seclude anyone and almost force the older cousins to go egg hunting so they can have a little Easter treat too. 

Aunt Pammy bought some Elmo eggs especially for Kate. It was so fun to watch her look for the Elmo eggs and giggle when she saw him with bunny ears on. Pam followed her around and helped her find them. It made the hunt even more special because Kate was adored so much by all.

Parker and Gabe always find time to have some boy fun.

Grace and her loot during the traditional "check to see if everyone got exactly the same treats" part of the egg hunt. They got a ton of candy this year.

Aunt Pammy leading another "did everyone get this treat bag" part of the hunt. If someone was missing a treat, the whole group goes hunting again to find the missing treat. This year we had a bunch of stuff missing. Those older cousins must be getting too cool for this. Seems like the Butler's found most of the missing treats for them.

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Happy Birthday Grandma! Even though we tease you by calling you an old lady... we truly think you are neat. In fact, we love you so much that we had to bundle all of our love into a movie. We hope you enjoy our nifty birthday moves made just for you!

From Parker: Happy Birthday Grandma! I love you tons and tons. I love it when you tease me and bring me treats and stuff. You always comfort me when I need it. You’re a pretty good Grandma... for your age! And you’re also pretty good at four square (but, I know that I am better). Love you lots and lots and lots!

From Grace: Hi Grandma, you are the best Grandma! I think you should come and see my monkey with the unibrow and a lot of things too! Please have the best birthday that you can. I love it when you hug me and tell me that you love me. My favorite thing about you is that you are my Grandma. I also love it when you help me. You are good at four square, loving me, being happy, teaching, shopping and giving me clothes. You are a good person in all ways. I love you forever and ever.

From Kate: I like that you laugh at my burps. I wish I could go "boop" on your tummy and hear you laugh. Last time you visited, I cried when you left and I wanted my Mommy to pick you up in the car. I was sad. Now I like to call Amanda, "Nama" cause that's your name and I like to say it. I have fun when you talk on the phone to me. Thanks for listening and for eating my pizza when I feed you through the phone. You always like it! I wub you... burp... Nama!

From Melissa: Happy Birthday, Mom! I am so lucky to have you for a Mother. I know that I like to give you a hard time about the good old days (your lack of clothes, towels on the car seat, the yard stick, de-junking, etc.), but even those silly moments hold a special place in my heart and always will. I don't know what I'd do without you. You have always been there for me and are always the first person to ask how I feel. I love how we have developed more than a parent and daughter relationship because now we are best friends! I love all of the things that we have in common and even don't mind "turning into my mother" because it would be a privilege to be more like you... But, don't expect me to walk outside with my garments showing. You deserve only the choicest of blessings on this very special day. I love you and always will be your sweet Melissa.

From Wing: Mom, the first time I met you I think I saw too much of you! Did you really think the washcloth was going to cover you? It is then I should have known we were gonna be close no matter what! Grin. It certainly showed you were open to having a new son in the family. Thanks for being Mom to me.

My life by Parker

I'm going to tell you what I do on a typical day.

1. I wake up at 6:10 and play Wii. ( its a video game consol )

2. 7:00 get ready for school. By getting dressed, get your hair done, and eat breakfast.

3. 7:46 Go to school. And have lots of fun.

4. 2:30 Do homework wich is spelling math reading for 30min.

5. 3:30 Call freinds

6. 5:00 I eat dinner with family

7. 6:00 clean table

8. 6:30 I play with family

9. 8:30 Go to bed.

The meaning of "Tender Mercies," by Wing

When I first started this article I wanted to announce some of the cool things going on with my iSignVideo Business. The fact that it’s officially LIVE and that my first client wants to buy exclusive rights to our product seemed to bid for the leading title!

While that may be super cool, it’s overshadowed by something much cool-er and brighter than the first. Lately, I wondered if God is listening and if He was involved with what I do? And then suddenly a series of events occur and I am reminded in no uncertain terms that He's been there the whole time.

Thanks to Amanda, (I wanted to give you a hug because of this, but I didn't, maybe next time I'll be brave. grin.) my darn good sister who willingly babysat the kids and fought a lot of stuff to be here in Las Vegas with us, Melissa and I were able to attend Saturday's Adult Session of Stake Conference. What resulted was the serendipitous and certainly celestially organized run-in of my former Mission President, James J. Hamula, now a member of the seventy, on assignment to speak to our Stake. To make reverence of the occasion, it is enough to say that after receiving a talk that seemed articulated to Melissa and I specifically, having privilege to meet with him privately, and having his hands laid upon us in a blessing, I am convinced that God is meticulously involved in my life and does not shun the errant soul.

After shedding many tears of hope, healing and love, I am humbled to maintain the blessings of life, love and family through the atonement of Jesus Christ. For that, I search to share that testimony unabashed and desire to be counted within the fold.

The result is I am significantly hopeful for the next several months as I work my way towards being closer to the spirit and finding restoration of my soul and brining more light to my family. When that happens, you'll be invited! Grin.

Hi my dear fans,

I heard about your comments. I think that all your comments were great and they really impressed me. After all I am a good cook! And, me and Parker talk about getting on peoples goat. A goat is when someone bugs you enough until they just "get your goat." I love you my dear fans!

As requested, here is the recipe for my rice pudding:

• 1 C rice
• 3 C condensed milk
• 1tsp Vanilla... or if you spill some in the bowl, it's OK.
• Nutmeg... Just sprinkle on as much as you want. Watch my show for a good idea of how much.
• Cinnamon.. Just sprinkle a whole bunch in the bowl.

Put all of those ingredients in a rice cooker and mix it up good and wait for the rice cooker to say it is done. Mine was about 20 minutes to cook. Test it by tasting it and it is a good idea to have somebody else taste it too, like Kate. Her opinion is always honest. It is also a good idea to look cute when you are making a cooking show. Try and make people laugh by jumping up on a stool or something like that.

I might put another cooking show on my blog soon. Since you are my dear fans, I would like you to vote for a meal that you want me to cook and then I will choose the best one.
